Ms. Ashley Kee

Ms. Ashley Nichole Kee is a Founding Co-Owner and CEO of ITSC Secure Solutions (ITSC). Prior to becoming the CEO, Ms. Kee served as the COO for ITSC (formerly BMK Secure Solutions) for ten years. ITSC is a Women Owned and Operated Small Business with over 10 years of experience providing support services including technical, professional, and program management to the Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies. ITSC is a Protégé to Tec-Masters, Inc. under the Missile Defense Agency in the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program.

In addition to her leadership roles within ITSC, Ashley has over ten years of Clinical Research/Program Management experience in many facets of management and monitoring to include: Study Management, Study Monitoring, and Data Management, as well as training of Clinical Research Staff for Investigational Device Exemption Studies, Post-Approval Studies, and Post Market Studies. She is experienced in ensuring a Clinical Research Study’s compliance to FDA regulations. Ms. Kee is a published author of three articles for The Journal of Medical Practice Management supporting, “How Clinical Research Can Grow a Medical Practice”; “Standard Operating Procedures for Clinical Research Departments”; and “Investigator Responsibilities for Clinical Research Studies: Proper Staffing Can Ensure An Investigator is Compliant”.

Ashley is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA. She also has an IS/IT Program Management Masters Certificate, Villanova University.

Ashley is an Active Member of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) and a passionate supporter of Homes for Our Troops: Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) is a privately funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post – 9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.

Ms. Patricia Kee

Ms. Patricia Murphy Kee, President and Co-Founder of ITSC Secure Solutions (ITSC) an award-winning Women Owned Small Business, headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia. Ms. Kee, her Co-Owners and Senior Staff have grown ITSC into a customer focused, employee centric, agile company with a strong portfolio of engineering/technical, cyber and acquisitions support across government Acquisition, Space, Nuclear, Medical and Cyber organizations.

As a Military Spouse and Daughter of a decorated Vietnam Veteran, she has been gifted with an understanding and insight into the priorities and tough decisions of the military family and troops; from daycare to college, from relocation logistics/sourcing which includes temporary/permanent housing options, career development/broadening and most importantly the best medical treatment situation for each family. Patricia has been given the unique opportunity to make well over 20 actual moves throughout her lifetime visiting or living in all 50 states including Puerto Rico and Guam and has lived in both Europe and Asia on several occasions. During her Masters Degree studies, she spent time on the Yangtze River China evaluating the effects the world’s largest man made dam had and still has on the ancient farm lands and the people who one time worked them.

This first-hand knowledge people and their governments along with her Associate Engineering/Marketing Degree from Central Missouri State University and Masters Degree studies in Public Administration, gives her the tenacity needed to bring a team of seasoned professionals together to deliver the on-time, under budget, conscious secure solution to our customers.

Ms. Kee is a seasoned senior business and development operations professional, having spent many years in both DoD and commercial entities throughout CONUS/OCONUS. She attributes much of the growth of ITSC Secure Solutions to her team of extremely talented co-owners and SMEs. Patricia has been instrumental in forming partnerships and subcontractor agreements with well-respected highly sought-after government contracting companies.

Patricia is a member of the Rotary Club of Fairfax and supports military organizations to include the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International (AFCEA) Small Business Committee and Homes for our Troops (HFOT).

Ms. Judy Barrett Haberman

Co- Owner/ Sr. Vice President and Facility Security Officer (FSO), is a Government Civilian Retiree having served 34 years supporting the Air Force Acquisitions at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. Judy is a recognize expert in Project Management, Configuration, Data and Logistics Management. She holds Certified International Configuration Manager (C.I.C.M) and Level III DAIWA Program Management certifications. With Judy’s long history at Hanscom AFB MA in Acquisition Life Cycle Management she has been the cornerstone of building ITSC’s corporate infrastructure as well as its growth in DoD contracting and acquisition space.

As a Government employee she managed in the development of requirements and management of Federally Funded Research Development Contracts. On the Engineering and Technology Support Services Contract, Judy spearheaded the development of and strategic implementation for the 2010-2014 training at Hanscom, AFB, MA and critical Configuration Management and Acquisition knowledge to Hanscom Air Force programs. Her leadership is admired by many and trusted by all. She is an active member within the DoD Community; Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association Patriots Chapter and the Air Force Association (AFCEA), Hanscom Representative Association (HRA) and the National Defense Industrial Association & Women In Defense.
