FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA (November 2019). Whether you refer to 11 November as Armistice Day to celebrate the end of the “War to End All Wars”, or Veteran’s Day, ITSC Secure Solutions (ITSC) holds the day in reverence. It’s a day to remember, reflect and respect all those who serve and have served our great nation.

The owners of ITSC have served or have had family members serve in World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm and Afghanistan. There are enlisted and officer veterans who wore Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps uniforms, serving our nation in infantry, nuclear missile launch, force protection, acquisition, and intelligence.

“As federal contractors, we continue the family business”, states CEO, Ashley Kee. “It’s ingrained in our DNA,” adds Kee.

“Community outreach and support is important to enrich the communities where we employ,” states President, Patricia Kee. “The majority of our outreach efforts honor and support U.S. troops,” shares Kee.

Earlier this month, ITSC hosted the inaugural Huntsville Golf Classic at the Huntsville, Alabama Country Club. The event exceeded expectations in providing an infusion of capital to support local Homes for Our Troops (HFOT) projects. HFOT is a publicly funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post – 9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives. The event caught local news attention, offering visibility to HFOT. “All had a great time and pledged to spread the word and support next year’s event,” shares ITSC co-owner, Judy Haberman.

Why Huntsville? ITSC headquarters is in Virginia with a sister office in Huntsville. “We wanted to plant a seed of awareness in an area where we have strong community ties,” continues Haberman.

ITSC employees are dispersed throughout the United States. “What we support as a unit is Wreaths Across America,” continues Kee. Its mission is to Remember, Honor and Teach by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 1,600 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad. For 2019, the event takes place on Saturday, December 14. ITSC donates and offers incentives to employees who participate.

However you choose to celebrate November 11, ITSC encourages employees and business partners to pause, reflect and respect those who were drafted and who have volunteered to represent the United States of America, affirming that “I {State your Name} will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
